This was a great launch for us because we got a ton of feedback on our concept, including a few shout out from friends which is always very nice. There were several questions about how to handle applications with state, where the external dependencies will have different responses depending up on the application behavior. It’s something we have thought about and solved for, and we need to make sure and describe more effectively how this works. Here is one of my favorite responses on the post:

I love the look of this, I cant even remember all the times I’ve run across applications out in the wild that were built without any thought about testing until long after the original devs are gone. All you have is production traffic and reverse engineering. It’s a real pain, and I would love to have more tools to attack this problem when it comes up.
